Welcome to GrablyMedia. You can use GrablyMedia to analyze and download publicly accessible videos and other media from supported platforms. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and GrablyMedia (“we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your use of grablymedia.com and related services (the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

1.1 Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing, visiting, using, or downloading anything through the Service, you accept the current version of these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

1.2 You may use the Service only if you accept all conditions in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. Your continued use after we post an update means you accept the revised Terms.

1.3 We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Please review this page periodically so you understand the terms that apply.

1.4 The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using GrablyMedia you represent that you are 18 or older, or that you have the approval of a parent or guardian who has reviewed these Terms with you. We cannot independently verify every user’s age.

1.5 If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, “you” includes that entity, and you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

2. Grant of Use

2.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, consistent with these Terms and any technical limits of the Service.

2.2 This grant may be terminated by us at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. After termination you must stop using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) remain in effect.

2.3 Your use is also limited by the features, rate limits, and technical restrictions of the Service, which we may change at our discretion. You must not attempt to use the Service in ways it is not intended to be used.

3. Our Rights and Responsibilities

3.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, reliability, security, or freedom from viruses. Platform behavior, available formats, and public URLs can change without notice.

3.2 We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including bug fixes and new features, without notice or liability. We have no obligation to provide updates.

3.3 We may rate-limit, restrict, or suspend access if we believe you have violated these Terms or are harming the Service or other users.

3.4 We are not liable for loss, damage, or other harm from your use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance on the Service or any third-party content, regardless of the legal theory.

3.5 Pages or sites linked from GrablyMedia may have additional terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms for that third-party service, the third-party terms apply to your use of that service.

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 GrablyMedia is a general-purpose tool for analyzing publicly accessible media URLs. You may use it only in accordance with law. We do not encourage, condone, or allow downloads that violate copyright or other rights. You are solely responsible for confirming that you have the right to access and save any media you request.

4.2 You agree to follow all applicable local, national, and international laws. You are solely responsible for all acts and omissions that occur through your use of the Service.

4.3 You agree not to use GrablyMedia for any unlawful purpose or in any way prohibited by these Terms, including:

  • copying, distributing, or scraping any part of the Service with automated or non-automated means;
  • using robots, spiders, or similar systems to access the Service except as allowed by our robots.txt;
  • sending spam or unsolicited messages through or about the Service;
  • interfering with, probing, or compromising the integrity or security of our systems;
  • imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • uploading malware, invalid data, or other harmful software;
  • using the Service for commercial solicitation;
  • bypassing rate limits, access controls, or other technical protections;
  • accessing private, login-walled, geo-blocked, or otherwise restricted content;
  • copying, imitating, framing, or hotlinking to GrablyMedia without our prior written consent.

4.4 While using the Service you must not request, download, or otherwise make available materials that:

  • are copyrighted or otherwise protected unless you own the rights, have permission from the owner, or have another lawful basis;
  • are obscene, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • depict illegal activity, promote harm to people, or promote cruelty to animals;
  • impersonate any person or entity or create a false identity;
  • would constitute a crime, infringe third-party rights, or create legal liability;
  • are unsolicited advertising or any other form of spam.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in the GrablyMedia website, branding, and original content belong to GrablyMedia and/or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, republish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as needed to use the features we provide.

5.2 GrablyMedia claims no ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, or media. Marks and content belonging to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, Threads, X, Dailymotion, and other platforms remain the property of their respective owners. References to those platforms are for identification only.

5.3 If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without compensation or attribution.

6. Copyright Claims

6.1 It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Send claims to abhipatel.dev@gmail.com. A complete notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work, and where possible a URL of an authorized version;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing and the URL(s) involved;
  • your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright holder or an authorized representative.

6.2 You can also review our Copyright & Abuse page for the same process. We may remove or restrict access to material when we receive a valid notice.

7. Personal Information

7.1 We publish a separate Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you also confirm that you have read and understand that policy. We may update the Privacy Policy by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Service after an update is your acknowledgement of the revised policy.

8. Third-Party Links and Platforms

8.1 The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, or tools we do not own or control. We do not endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You access them at your own risk.

8.2 When you paste a URL, our backend may fetch publicly available information from the source platform so we can list formats. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We may refuse, remove, or block access to any request for any reason.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

9.1 All content and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service is secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that every public URL will resolve.

9.2 You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or other harm that results. Information you send may be intercepted in transit. No oral or written advice from us creates a warranty that is not stated in these Terms.

9.3 In no event shall GrablyMedia or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, business interruption, or third-party actions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GrablyMedia and its agents, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and we agree not to bring or participate in a class or representative action related to the Service.

11. Termination of Services

11.1 These Terms take effect when you start using the Service and continue until terminated by you or by us. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If you fail to comply with these Terms, they terminate automatically and you must immediately stop using the Service, including GrablyMedia trademarks and other intellectual property.

11.2 After termination you are no longer authorized to use the Service in any manner.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1 We may modify these Terms to reflect legal requirements, how the Service works, or our operations. If you do not agree with an update, discontinue use of the Service.

12.2 An updated version replaces the previous version as of the “Last updated” date on this page.
