How to download Reddit videos
Copy a public Reddit post URL or direct v.redd.it link, paste it into GrablyMedia, and analyze. v.redd.it and some hosted Reddit videos work best; other posts depend on what Reddit exposes in public metadata.

Which Reddit links work
Direct v.redd.it video URLs and many reddit.com/r/…/comments/… post links work when Reddit exposes a CDN source. Cross-posted videos, gallery posts, and image-only threads may return images or mixed formats instead.
Copy the post URL
On mobile, tap Share → Copy to clipboard. On desktop, copy the full post URL from the address bar. Short redd.it links redirect and are accepted.
Analyze the post
Use the Reddit video downloader page or homepage tool. GrablyMedia reads public metadata and lists video or image formats when found.
Audio on Reddit videos
Some Reddit videos host video and audio separately. When only a silent video stream is exposed, GrablyMedia lists what is available — we do not merge tracks unless the platform provides a combined source.
